Before his current role, Philippe was Director of Quality<\/strong> for 5 years ensuring high-quality, compliant R&D services and maintaining ISO 9001 standards.<\/strong> In 2024, with Cilcare\u2019s growth, Philippe transitioned to Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Director, overseeing the planning and management of new worksites<\/strong>, This includes real estate, IT infrastructure, archives, and preclinical laboratories, as well as managing ISO 9001 compliance, cybersecurity measures<\/strong>, project budgets, and timelines. As the HSE’s lead, Philippe\u2019s extensive project management and negotiation skills are key to supporting Cilcare\u2019s continued expansion. Before joining Cilcare, he spent 13 years at Sanofi working in pharmacology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
