Philippe has been with Cilcare since its founding, playing a pivotal role in the establishment of the company’s labs in both Montpellier and the U.S.. Before his current role, Philippe was Director of Quality for 5 years ensuring high-quality, compliant R&D services and maintaining ISO 9001 standards. In 2024, with Cilcare’s growth, Philippe transitioned to Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Director, overseeing the planning and management of new worksites, This includes real estate, IT infrastructure, archives, and preclinical laboratories, as well as managing ISO 9001 compliance, cybersecurity measures, project budgets, and timelines. As the HSE’s lead, Philippe’s extensive project management and negotiation skills are key to supporting Cilcare’s continued expansion. Before joining Cilcare, he spent 13 years at Sanofi working in pharmacology.
