Before joining Cilcare, Frédérique was a Surgical Unit Nurse for 17 years, which gave her extensive experience and skills to work with patients and in a fast-paced environment. Frédérique is highly involved in Cilcare’s human clinical trials and is responsible of the good conduct of the battery of auditory and electrophysiology tests. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she is valuable team member to assist Cilcare’s Senior Project Managers throughout the studies.
