Karine is an expert in cell therapy research with over 10 years of experience in preclinical operations. Before joining Cilcare, she led the in vivo model platform at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine and Biotherapies in Montpellier, where she managed mesenchymal stem cell cultures, conducted biodistribution and toxicity studies in various murine models, and performed imaging and histomorphological analysis using confocal microscopy. At Cilcare, Karine directs global preclinical operations, including study design, planning, and execution for both private companies and academic clients, overseeing all aspects of protocol development, data analysis, and report presentation. She also has extensive knowledge of inflammation pathways associated with the inner ear.
