Dr. Souchal is a skilled expert in cochlear histology and electrophysiological measurement techniques. She leads and manages multiple preclinical research programs, overseeing a team of researchers and engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and the development of study plans, including experimental design and data analysis strategies. Before joining Cilcare, she focused on evaluating the molecular and cellular mechanisms responsible for drug-induced and age-related hearing loss, with strong technical expertise in histology, including immunohistochemistry, ribbon synapse counting, and biological sampling.
