She has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leading a pharmacology team at Galderma, where she developed selection platforms that enhanced the dermatology pipeline. She has also managed preclinical programs in Parkinson’s disease and depression and worked in clinical-stage biotech for hearing disorders. At Cilcare, Mélanie leads the progression of CIL001 into clinical development, overseeing non-clinical and clinical studies, regulatory affairs, intellectual property, and CMC, while also being strongly involved in the strategic partnership with Shionogi.
