Dr. Machado has over 13 years of experience in drug development, specializing in neurosciences, at leading pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer and Servier. She has held key positions in drug discovery and development, where she successfully forged and managed strategic collaborations that drove numerous drug development projects to success. At Cilcare, Patricia leads in-licensing activities, co-development, and research collaboration strategies, and conducts due diligence to strengthen Cilcare’s pipeline for innovative treatments of hearing disorders. Her expertise spans neuroscience research, strategic partnerships, and regulatory insights.

I would have loved to be an architect! It’s a profession that combines creativity and precision, allowing you to design unique spaces.
