Quynh-Anh is a skilled Preclinical Research Scientist with expertise in designing and executing preclinical experiments in both rodents and non-companion large species. She is dedicated to generating high-quality data and analyzing study findings to drive the successful progression of Sponsors projects. Prior to joining Cilcare, Quynh-Anh worked at Decibel Therapeutics in Boston, MA, where she held roles as Senior Research Associate I and II. She independently designed and analyzed in vivo experiments focused on efficacy, toxicity, and biodistribution, performed advanced microsurgery on the mouse inner ear for both non-GLP and GLP studies, and trained others in these specialized techniques.
