Stacy brings solid experience in molecular and cellular biology with a strong focus on neuroscience and gene therapy. Prior to joining Cilcare, she spent two years studying the interactions between MOR and FLT3 in sensory neurons, contributing to research on morphine analgesia regulation. She has also worked on gene therapy approaches for rare diseases and therapeutic vaccine development. At Cilcare, Stacy supports the preclinical research team and lab operations, applying her expertise in in vivo experimentation, behavioral testing, fluorescence imaging, and histological techniques. Known for her autonomy, adaptability, and team spirit, she plays a key role in driving scientific excellence and innovation in hearing disorder research.
