Zoe is a Clinical Audiologist with over 8 years of experience in audiology, having worked both in private practice and within a large ENT department in the US.  In her previous role, Zoe served as a clinical audiology SME and monitor for a multi-site trial sponsored by Frequency Therapeutics, where she focused on quality control, protocol compliance, and implementing process improvements. At Cilcare, Zoe is involved in evaluating audiology procedures for clinical protocols and fostering relationships with external partners to develop training and protocol frameworks, notably with Mass Eye and Ear for the upcoming tinnitus study. She also collaborates with other cross-functional groups on multiple projects, including the analytics team on the development of digital auditory signatures.
