Aloïs has a strong background in quality engineering and management, with strong experience in quality systems and audits. Before joining Cilcare, Alois worked as a Quality Engineer in a dermo-cosmetics Group, where he managed subcontractor specifications, coordinated audits, handled non-conformities, and also contributed to the creation of SOPs. At Cilcare, Alois oversees the maintenance of the company’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry certifications. He is instrumental in leading continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing QMS processes, and measuring the effectiveness of quality policies to ensure the highest standards across all operations.
