Molly is a skilled expert in histology and electrophysiology, contributing to Cilcare’s innovative preclinical research efforts at our Lexington, MA location. She plays a key role in advancing histological techniques and supporting electrophysiology needs, while also contributing to study design and management, ensuring smooth and effective project execution for our clients.

Before joining Cilcare, Molly worked at Decibel Therapeutics (acquired by Regeneron), where she specialized in auditory research within the histology department. This experience refined her expertise in auditory science and histological techniques, which she now applies to advancing biomedical research at Cilcare.
