Sébastien leads Cilcare’s US Preclinical Operations, overseeing the execution and optimization of preclinical programs supporting the development of innovative hearing therapeutics. With expertise in electrophysiology, microsurgery, histology, and in vivo models, he brings extensive experience in experimental design, study management, and GLP-compliant preclinical development. Prior to joining Cilcare, Sébastien contributed to early-stage R&D programs focused on cancer therapeutics and biosensor development, gaining expertise in translational research and project coordination. At Cilcare, he plays a key role in strengthening preclinical capabilities and advancing high-quality studies for internal and external innovation programs.
