Celia Belline Honored as Knight of the National Order of Merit

Cilcare is proud to announce that its CEO and co-founder, Celia Belline, has been awarded the insignia of Knight of the National Order of Merit during a ceremony held at the Prefecture of Montpellier on December 4, 2025.

This prestigious distinction recognizes her outstanding career, enlightened leadership, and unwavering commitment to public health, innovation, and the common good.

The ceremony was attended by numerous figures from the academic, institutional, and economic sectors of the Occitanie Region.

The insignia was presented by Jacques Mercier, Vice President of the University of Montpellier, who praised “the energy, vision, and perseverance of Celia Belline, dedicated to a cause that affects millions of people worldwide.

This tribute highlights the significant impact of Celia’s work since the founding of Cilcare and her pivotal role in developing innovations aimed at transforming the lives of patients with hearing disorders.

Beyond her professional achievements, this recognition also reflects the values that deeply define Celia Belline:
